Sophia Vergara's Lawsuit Against Nick Lobe
Court papers insist that Vigara was adamant during her relationship with Lobe that, as a Catholic, she believed the embryos should never be destroyed. She has since broken their oral agreement according to sources. Sophia filed a lawsuit through the Californian court system that would officially block Nick from ever using the frozen embryos they created together as a couple in 2013. I imagine when she found out it was being pursued in Louisiana, that would have been incredibly anxiety inducing.
