The Death of Julian Elting

Julian Elting was an American singer-songwriter and performer. He is best known for his role in the musical "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" The film Lady Bill, based on a book by David Bianculli, looks at how he came to be seen as gay but not really who he was. It's unclear what Elting's sexual orientation was or if he had any close friendships with other men.
