How to Measure Developer Experience

Dora is all about, okay, I'm deploying very often. I can react to failures and so on, right? So it's somehow measuring from this perspective. Then space is all about productivity. Please don't look at how many stories that person closed or how many added lines they added. If an organization focuses on those things and improves them, then you can improve developer productivity. And if we pay closely attention to where the developer says, oh my God, this is horrible, we get a really good output for our business.
