Using C O Two to Make a Product

We make c o two out of the air if we use hydrogen. Combining that hydrogen and c o two allows you to make basically any hydrocarbon. But there's always a catch, neal, that is going to put carbon an dioxide back up into the sky. Simon evans from carbon brief sees this almost as a moral hazard.
