Jim Bishop was absolutely the best at starting a big herd of cows. And he's savvy and there's a lot of people that he's worked for didn't really know that. Our goal was to be in the Centennial Valley three days later with them all mother. It's kind of like calf crop percentage. Our goal is to have a 95% calf crop percentage at calving time. We can share knowledge much more fast, more quickly now than we could then.
