The Senate Judiciary Committee's Response to the Clarence Thomas Scandal

The list of Clarence Thomas scandals just keeps getting longer. Can the Senate Judiciary Committee do anything about these scandals or any of the judicial nominations that are stuck in committee? Of course not because Diane Feinstein is still absent. Jake Tapper made a point about this to Dick Durbin over the weekend. The bottom line is though we have in the past had members of the Senate who've been absent because of medical conditions for lengthy periods of time. I want to treat Diane Feinstein fairly.
