Immune Function for Cold Showers
There's a lot of like fascinating science to back up what could be happening. But none of it is corroborated and one thing that bothers me is that if you actually want to help your immune system, you got a vaccine. I'm only gonna do these natural things. There are some studies that show that people did feel like didn't get sick as much but that is still interesting. Sometimes you have to leave room that just because something is improving might not be in the future.
