There's commonality between all but the approach that works best for someone to actually be a successful intervention is going to be slightly different. I've had a very positive experience sharing my story, my struggle, and seeing the number of people that, you know, I had no idea we're going through a similar experience around me. The expectation is that everyone will participate in some level. And if you choose not to, that's you have the ability to opt out.
