China has 44% of the lithium in the world that it's turned into chemicals but they only have 13% of the raw material to make those chemicals. Conversion plants are going to be built in the United States and Canada and in Europe. The curious point is though building gigafactors in America with no raw materials Doesn't make a lot of sense. I think the thinking in Washington is yeah, we need to change our permitting rules But we also need to make really good friends with Canada because they have more assets in critical metals.
