Kagan: I think that my own views are grounded in realism. The problem i have with realism is they think the nation state has a separate set of interests, a special club of nation state interests which are different from what the people in those nations want. So when people look at what flatermer prudenis doing,. i think people are scared that maybe ultimately this could mean, if unchecked, sort of the end of liberal existence.
