The Importance of Justification in the Christian Tradition
The idea that justification is simply a declaration is widespread in the Christian tradition certainly not a Lutheran problem. I think it's a misreading of Paul so go back to my second Corinthians 521, and that's kind of the fountain head of all that I do with this justice and justification. It's participation and transformation from the get go from Paul's point of view. That's about 2025 words maybe Paul wants the church not merely to believe the gospel, but to become the gospel to embody the gospel to be a living exegesis of the gospel.
