How I Learned Japanese for Fun
Boku no natsui Yasumi is a game. It's Japanese for my summer holiday, my summer vacation. The one night we went out with someone who was a fluent conversational Japanese speaker was the best night there bar now. Bocanoe would be a good way to kind of like learn Japanese and then check in with just fire up the game in Japanese and see how much I could pick up. There are 2,500 kanji characters that you have to learn by the time you're out of elementary school.
