LZ Granderson: Procrastination is at its core, something going on in our brains where our brain is like, oh, no, I don't want to do that thing. He says if we spend some time, whether that's journaling or doing any other exercises,. why is your brain trying to prevent you from doing this thing? LZ: What is the fear that your brain is scared of might happen can really help overcome that resistance. And when we bring those thoughts into the open, it really frees up some of that space for our brain to look at them more critically.
