I think it's amazing when you realize what you said about when your kids are stressing you out, like there's a moment where you can fight or fly. When you start to become more patient and train that muscle, you actually can really react so well. Cause my default reactionis, as a child, my mam and dad would shout and scream and shout and slam doors. But i've processed that and kind of learnt to take a breath, and then i can react differently.
