How to Trade IPOs

I look for pullbacks to rising 10 and 20-day exponential moving average. If I see them bouncing near them or just revamping them, that's usually a good idea. And now we've been talking about these stocks going through the roof like beyond or even a last year with Tilray. So how do you handle some of these? How do you manage your risk with some of these IPOs? Yeah, I typically risk between 1.5% of my capital.
