Setting Expectations for Clients

Sally Kohn: I was talking with Chad Davis at Engage about setting expectations on a firm for things as simple as, is your team required to have video on when you have a Zoom meeting? And they've been doing the remote thing for like over a decade now. She says it can be normalized from the time you begin the client relationship. Kohn: It's really easy to say, this ensures that my whole team is up to speed on the things that we discuss and that I don't leave any details out if I'm then trying to play telephone and communicate this stuff to them.
