Dorian Zelizer: I was just very good at math and physics from a young age. He says he started to get uncomfortable talking to other people on campus, and for having lunch in sort of our public lunch area. "Anytime that something that could be connected to identity stuff came up, everyone was scared and didn't want to talk about it," Zelizer says. 'There were certain people who were kind of ready to accuse and yell out at, shout down people who had an opinion they didn't agree with'
