Ben: I like the medical analogy, cause i'm struggling with an eye injury. The thing that i'm looking for in a buyer's agent is their confidence in it. And sometimes no two births af the same will know two deals of the same. So they don't want someone who's pretty excited about being an obsetrician, but is having their first swing. Hm, because that would be a distressing.
