The Distinction Between Experience and Experience on Wall Street
Banks are not lending anywhere, you know, is, or is eager to lend in any way that's close to what these non banks are willing to do. And it reminds me of investors who have been through several cycles and they're super eager to throw money at anything. I think Wall Street did a fabulous job of gutting businesses by over-leveraging their balance sheets. We're seeing this first in retail itself. The next wave will be commercial real estate. If we keep moving up the food chain, then we get into some interesting issues like states.
