The Importance of Providing Opportunities
God contains all these possibilities, and is making those possibilities an initial aim that then the world can respond to. You would then think that maybe some of those possibilities are possibilities that haven't actually ever happened in the world prior. And so I often think about miracles in that way: Maybe this is just one of those possibilities that hasn't happened before but because it is a possibility in the life of God,. If a creature responds to that in a certain way, maybe it can actually happen.
