Invasive Aspergilosis

Aspergillus presents differently in less profoundly immuna suppressed patients. It basically, rather than invading the vascuature, it invades the airways. The fevers may be less impressive because there's not so much fungus interfacing with the blood. But if you're diagnostically lucky, you could see skin legions from this.
