The predicted convergence which people were talking about in the early two thousands hasn't actually materialized so what has actually happened in hongry is that you have had a massive exodus mainly of the educated middle classes. This is basically left behind a country that's very heavily depopulated very old that is reacting to its own form of emigration with hatred for possible immigration. It just seems as if the great replacement which the far-right likes to talk about is actually happening in front of your rights and there is of course a high degree of phantasm to that but at the same time these countries have gone or have undergone these economic adjustment processes which are really really quite dramatic certainly in the 2000
