How to Slowly Eliminate Impatience

Buddhism is not about paying attention, it's about noticing. When I feel driven or feel the tug of perfectionism, I'm going to try purposely get away from the thing that's making me feel like that and do a 10 minute meditation. Number two, I will try to always be conscious of listening more than speaking and try to never interrupt. Never is a bad word.
