I was a hard worker, but I had some really false expectations about how good I was and what I was capable of doing. So that email alone was just like, man, this is, I got, I got to bust it. And where I was really, really fortunate at that time was I had some contemporaries that were doing the same thing. You have autonomy later in life because of what you do early on. If you make good decisions at 21, it's going to be magnified by the time you're 45, 50.
