The Difference Between Memory and Learning

What's the difference between memory and learning? I have a problem with the question, says Rob Gray. He doesn't think he has words accurate enough to explain what it is. In ecological dynamics, we don't speak in nouns, or we speak in action words,. So memory isn't a thing that you describe. It's a process that you go through. But for me, what's the difference to memory andlearning? I don't know.
