The Portland-Class and the USS Indianapolis
The USS Indianapolis was a Portland-class cruiser. She was much larger in length above water, or below water, than the USS Arizona. The one trait that would eventually help seal her fate was her speed. But like we alluded to earlier, she had a bit of a glass jaw.
