In vancouver there was this ridiculous policy I think it's canada white actually where they call it safe safe supply of drugs. The government basically contracts Companies to do the same thing so that they're making these farmers you could pharmaceutical Drugs and handing them out for free. These drugs end up passing throughout the society and end up in a hand to school kids and in Classrooms,. It's like a currency so kids are like buying these drugs and that they don't really know what they are.
