The Importance of Neck Strength
Do we know that stronger necks decrease the incidence of concussions? It definitely, it definitely seems to be that way. I work with an NFL fullback who when talking about his workout routine, he said this as if it's totally normal. Two to three times a week, not a ton of exercises, just some core ones would be hugely helpful and I don't think they're emphasized or done enough unless it's at the professional or collegiate level.
