Tv is one of the last trees where it's acceptable to discriminate against people based on how they look if you're a woman. There are really viceral challenges for all women in the medio, and i think t v, just because of its nature, the perceptions around age and appearance and race are particularly poignant. It can't just be about getting more women round the table. It needs to be about getting women from a didiverse variety of backgrounds who really represent the range of the female experience.
