How to Connect Who You Are to Different Audiences
The important thing too is that we're still true to ourselves. It's how can I best connect who I am to these different audiences? And here's a quick example of that. The guy to my right was a guy named Adam Theer. He works at R Street and he'd done research about 20, 25 years on tech policy issues. So when the dinner was over, normally people gather around the highest status person, one of the senators. But everyone gathered around Adam because he had become the higheststatus person in the room.
