There's nothing to create a jenie yet. You'll basically get, everybody gets a starter jeanie. But in order to evolve your avetar u, you purchase and buy different collectibles. So coming out, create your basic genie, and then start going shop ing for your virtual janre percent. That's just when you're in the game, good things can happen.
