How to Get People to Use Your Documentation Periodically
The MVP is like taking this product mindset of, you know, star simple and just add to it. And then just you know, continually you know, find where it isn't working. You have to actually be using it in order to get the movement on it or get people both using it and updating it frequently. So we realized that the software for the document team had to also be married with the work being done. That as they are carrying out the work, the underlying procedure is right there in front of them showing them what's happening.
