How to Invest in a High Quality Business

Inversion is a great way to narrow down your problem space. Investing in cyclical or commodity businesses near the peak of their cycle at their peak operating margins. Public sector enterprises where majority owner's primary motivation is not to do good for shareholders, it is to do societal good. And number three investing in project based businesses dealing with government tenders because receivables are very elongated and cash flow becomes a big issue.
