How to Avoid Weird Things Happening

With a good random sample, it makes sense to me you wouldn't have that many weird things happening very often. But even if you have to go back in time a little bit, could you share an example of something that was weird? We're a pretty experienced group, maybe a little long in the tooth, some people might say, but some of it has 20, 30 years of experience doing these things. So I think we're pretty good.
