The Importance of Academic Freedom

Amy Wax is the gift that keeps on giving. She was showing up to her classes for years, Oh, I have a lot of fun. Now this year she invited a representative from a recognized hate group to speak at class. The other students who did not like the idea of hate group members speaking at the school. They were warned to leave, they continued, and then they left. This prompted obviously right-wing outrage. And it's like, is this really academic freedom to bring white supremacists to class?
