Scott Grimes: I have followed your career for three plus decades. Marcus is kind of like a combination of Marcus and Brad Pitt. He was hired by Stephen Covey in Provo Utah where all the Catholics were. His dad that was in HR ended up the personal director of Allied breweries which had 7,000 pubs in the UK. In 1983 he was trying to find a way to find better pub managers because the way that pubs work is not the beer that makes a difference it's the quality of the pub manager.
