There's differences in how men and women acquire virtue. Even for Aquinas and Aristotle, he was able to identify that there are different ways men and women even acquire virtue will become virtuous. Women have always had women religious, female religious life has always been much more structured than most men's religious orders. To compensate for that, the spiritual life in Christianity is tends to be,. I'm hesitant to use the word easier. It tends to be more natural for women because of the nature of the spiritual life as it's revealed to us in scripture.
