There's a whole wing of breathing in health and walnu space, where people are trying to take in as much air as possible. In your opinion, does that have a place, and if so, where? Yes, istressing. Many people are hyper ventilating for 30 breaths, they breathe out and hold. Their blood oxygen saturation is dropping down into the eighties. They breathe in and hold their breath for ten seconds. I think it's important to realize that with the breat it can be very powerful. And we can do harm if we just have it. But one approach fits all.
