How Do We Measure How Much Someone Can Afford to Pay?

Inaffordability, as you point out, is kind of a slippery concept. How you measure how much someone can afford is clearly an incredibly difficult task. A typical public institutions charge those students between five and seven thousand dollars a year in cash. In the worksing their student employment, like wekan, schools expect people to work while they're in school to pay for some of it. And that seems to be maybe a service that we should be providing for fokes.
