Don't Put Fat on Top of Your Oatmeal

Everybody's different. Say you're somebody that gets up and cocoanut water works, good for you. And then there's people who do want to eat fat at some point during the day. They don't know it, but they feel like satiated on some type of chicken or meat,. It's the fat that's kind of giving them that satiation at night. Well, save those fats to the end of the day. That could be a whole nother person where all day long you're doing lemon water, your celery juice,  cocoanut water, then a fruit smoothy, then a salad baby with steam potato.
