How to Be a Successful UX Designer
It's definitely been a change to go from a UX role on a team with a visual designer and design researcher to kind of taking on all of those sides of the design team to put on so I'm enjoying it though. It's really cool to learn all the different facets in different ways very quickly yeah. A lot of what you're trying to do especially at the growth stage you're in is like how do we just put out the most valuable features or make sure we're bringing value to our end users? "I might sketch something on a piece paper and then turn it into a design and within that week ship it," she said.
