hyperpocus is a symptom of ath d, but it's also a thing everybody does. It can be this unfortunate, unintentional, really draining that we do sometimes instead of going to bed. And folks at ed h d are more prone to those rabbit holes. So i absolutely use down time. But don't try it if you're not committed to sticking to it because you start cheating on down time. You've just created a habit of cheated on down time, and it isn't actually helping anything.
