Hiring Your First Employee

Hiring your first employee is very uncomfortable. The anxiety, in fact, can be so crippling that many people just can't take the leap. What we did in our business was built out a training video library. This was about 20 minutes worth of video that you could watch and it would teach you everything to do in the job. It would be act process that you would follow when you walk up to a customer. And that became the initial guide, the initial structure that allowed us to hire people.
