How to Measure Your Weight Loss
Don't count the same weight more than one time. If you want to do half kilo, you know, if you want to enter in your weight loss frequently, you can you can put like 0.5 use the decimals right 0.5 kilograms loss. I would say just do half or one, like 0.2 or something. It's so we're measuring the measurement we're using as kilograms. Your weight will naturally go up and down a bit. Even though you're even if you're fasting, right, my weight still goes up and down even when I'm fasting.
