I think imposter syndrome is a big one. I just, number one, try to say, how did you do your first 100,000 deal or 200,000 deal? You start building up and you make sure we don't have to go way outside our comfort zone. Then the other thing that's helped me a lot is anytime I'm feeling inadequate, I look at my business partner who brings me up. Frank and I've got this great relationship where we're really hard on each other, but we also have strong enough awareness where if I'm hurting or he's hurting, he's going like, hey, you got this, man. Let's do it."
