We're renting it out for two thousand a month, and we were supposed to paid off in the next three years. So there's going tobe a balloon payment, essentially, at the end of that. Out of the two thousand right now, i've just been giving im, i think we agreed upon like a thousand bucks a month from it,. But ive just been sending over 15 hundred because there's reserves in the account. And is, i it'd be nice to enjoy this for a little bit.
