Coaching Coaches - What's So Powerful About Standards?
J p: One of the most common complaints maybe that we hear in the industry is that i just don't have any good leaders on my team. And i think what's so powerful about what you describe there is that it isn't just getting players to understand the standards, it's getting them to understand how they benefit from living up to those standards. J P: There are systems that are kind of scattered throughout all three phases here of establishing, supporting and enforcing standards That create opportunities for leadership to emerge from players on the team.
