Stockpiling a Measles Pendemic

Measles is well over twice as transmissible as covet. The typical patient with measles infects somewhere between 15 and 18 other people in an amiologically naive population. Measles lingers in the air for hours after the person has left the it's contact transmitted. We need to keep the distribution networks intact. And that means people need to believe that they will be safe. This is more a science rather than engineering challenge.
