I'm, I listen to it at the gym and I'm laughing all the time because you're not just giving, you're not just giving, you know, a high level, high level content, you're bringing it down to life and I think it's incredibly, practically powerful.

Believe it or not, laughter itself is the same numerical value as the light of the infinite. can, we think a lot like David, one of my mentors was David Hawkins. He wrote a book on letting go, right? I learned so much from his teachings and not Torah related, but the whole concept of letting go. Letting go as a Scorpio was a big deal for me. I had such like, such resentment and such drama in my life and such, you know, go get even. And always, always like, I need to go strike back. And I really learned letting go from him, which is a form of faith. And he was always giving me some very, very speeches and his book and all laughing. And that's exactly what it is. It's the last laughing is letting go.
