i think that the key though is that, especially among teams, you have to coordinate them well. Having two gone at the same time would be really difficult on the same team. You just have to do it to try it. It's all pretty much can always be fine. And i think if it's not, then it's sort of a sign that there's some fragility in the organization that probably isn't healthy. But once you get to a certain point, let's call it five, six, seven, ight, nine, ten, y maybe, maybe seven and above, or something like that, you can probably afford to do this more frequently.
